Professional Referral Relationships
Funding Your REI welcomes introductions from real estate professionals, investor groups, service providers, and past contacts who know a serious investor with a specific business-purpose opportunity.
Make a Consent-Based Introduction
Before sharing someone’s contact information or opportunity details, obtain their permission. A simple introduction that includes both parties is preferred. Do not send Social Security numbers, bank statements, tax returns, account credentials, or other sensitive documents.
The Best Referrals Include
- The investor’s name and preferred contact method
- Property address and investment purpose
- Contract status and expected closing date
- Purchase price, renovation budget, and requested financing
- A brief explanation of the exit strategy and the help being requested
What the Referred Investor Can Expect
Mike will review the opportunity, explain whether a current possible path appears to exist, identify any major foundation gaps, and recommend the next best step. An introduction does not guarantee approval, funding, terms, or closing.
Referral Compensation
Any referral compensation must be permitted by applicable law, program rules, licensing requirements, professional obligations, and written agreement. No payment is promised by this page. Terms, if any, must be documented and approved before the referral is made.
